Carrying a parcel is easy; carrying it far, safely, and repeatedly is a design problem. Four things decide it:
The payload bay has to hold the parcel securely and keep the center of gravity where the flight controller expects it. DRONA models the cargo as a real payload with weight and position, not an afterthought.
Six or eight motors tolerate a motor failure far better than four, which matters when the aircraft flies away from you. DRONA designs hex and octo configurations and validates the thrust margin at full cargo weight.
Every gram of payload costs battery, and every extra battery adds weight that costs more battery. DRONA computes this spiral honestly and shows the expected endurance before you commit to hardware.
A route flown daily meets wind eventually. Thrust-to-weight, ESC headroom, and battery sag are validated so the margin exists on the windy day, not just the demo day.
