How does pricing work for enterprise deployments?

How does DRONA handle fleet-scale designs?

Fleet configurations apply one canonical airframe spec across many deployed units, with per-unit serial tracking, training-record attachment, maintenance-interval logging, and change-history audit. Push updates at the fleet level; see per-unit sync status in real time.

How does DRONA use my data?

By default, Privacy Mode prevents training use by DRONA and by the underlying model providers. Enterprise customers get a zero-retention agreement in writing with both us and the LLM providers. Designs, chats, and uploaded images stay in your tenant.

What security certifications does DRONA have?

SOC 2 Type II certified with annual audits. Penetration-tested by third parties. Reports available in the Trust Center under NDA. GDPR, CCPA, UK GDPR, PIPEDA, and LGPD compliant.

Does DRONA support SSO and SCIM?

Yes. SAML and OIDC supported across Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, OneLogin, and any standard-compliant provider. SCIM 2.0 for automatic user/group provisioning and deprovisioning. SSO enforcement configurable at the org level.

Does DRONA support on-premises or VPC deployment?

What admin controls are available?

Role-based permissions, per-team repo / model / catalog whitelisting, per-form-factor access gates, Blue UAS filter enforcement, regional compliance profile defaults, audit-log retention policies, and SSO-enforced access policies.

How can I track AI adoption across my organization?

Comprehensive admin dashboards cover adoption rates per team, usage patterns, design success rates (compat-pass ratio), export counts, and time-to-first-design for new operators. All metrics exportable via API to your BI stack.

Can we use our own model endpoints?

Yes, for enterprise. Bring your own model endpoint (OpenAI-API compatible) to route DRONA's conversation layer through your hosted weights. The physics and compatibility engines are unchanged — they live outside the model, by design.

What does onboarding look like?

Typical enterprise onboarding is 2–4 weeks: a named solutions engineer, org catalog migration, SSO/SCIM wiring, regulatory-profile setup, a pilot with 3–5 operators, then fleet rollout. We fly with you the first time so your first production design ships without friction.
