Case study
A 52-year-old rancher, 1,200 acres, and cattle that keep leaving. From problem to flying machine in one afternoon.

The problem. Open range, variable weather, and a herd that drifts beyond visual range faster than a pickup can catch. The rancher knew he needed aerial coverage; he did not know what to buy.
The conversation. He described the land, the cattle, the weather. DRONA returned a fixed-wing airframe with thermal payload, 90-minute endurance, and a waypoint-driven scouting pattern tuned to his property lines.
The build. The BOM came to $2,870. Parts arrived in nine days. His grandson assembled it in a weekend using DRONA's illustrated guide.
The result. First flight located 38 of 41 missing head within 22 minutes. He has since designed two more drones for different seasonal problems.
